Terms of Service — accounts, PRO plans, refunds

Your account

You sign up and sign in with Google or email. You're responsible for keeping your login secure and for everything that happens under your account.

What Viddar provides

Viddar analyzes public YouTube data to help you find promising niches (“Niche Hunter”). The data and suggestions are for reference — the call on which niche to chase or content to produce is always yours.

Plans & billing

PRO plans are billed by market. Customers in Vietnam pay in VND via bank transfer or QR code: the plan runs to the end of the period you paid for — we never charge your bank account automatically; you renew manually whenever you want to keep going.

International customers pay in USD via PayPal as an auto-renewing subscription: by subscribing, you authorize PayPal to charge the price shown at purchase at the start of each billing cycle (monthly, every 3 months, or yearly) until you cancel. Your plan's price never changes between cycles; if we ever change list pricing, the change applies only to future cycles and we'll email you at least 14 days in advance, with the option to cancel before the new price takes effect.

You can cancel auto-renewal at any time from Viddar's Billing page or from your PayPal account. Cancellation takes effect for future cycles: every PRO feature keeps working until the end of the period you already paid for, and nothing further is charged.

Refunds

If you just purchased PRO for the first time and haven't materially used the service, you can request a refund within 7 days of purchase by emailing admin@viddar.io.

For automatic renewals: if a cycle is charged that you no longer need (say you forgot to cancel), email admin@viddar.io within 7 days of the charge — provided you haven't meaningfully used the service in that cycle, we'll refund that renewal and switch auto-renew off for you.

After 7 days, or if you've used the service meaningfully, your plan runs to the end of the paid period instead of being refunded.

Acceptable use

Don't try to break the system, scrape Viddar's data to resell to a third party, or use the service for anything illegal.

Limitation of liability

Public YouTube data can change or be inaccurate in ways outside our control. Viddar is provided “as is,” with no absolute guarantee of data accuracy or of any business outcome you get from using it.

Ending your account

You can stop using the service and request account deletion at any time via admin@viddar.io. We may also suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Governing law & changes

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. We may update them from time to time; the latest update date always appears at the top of this page.
