Privacy Policy — what data Viddar keeps
Last updated: 2026-07-17
Viddar.io (“Viddar,” “we”) respects your data. This page explains what we collect, why, and what rights you have — in plain language, not a wall of legalese.
What we collect
When you create an account with Google or email, we store your email address, display name, plan/billing status, and product usage events (which features you open, which niches you explore) to run and improve Viddar.
- Email address and display name
- Plan status (Free/PRO) and billing history
- Product usage events — features used, how often you're active
What Viddar analyzes
Viddar analyzes PUBLIC YouTube channel and video data to surface promising niches — titles, view counts, upload dates, how many channels sit in a niche, and so on.
We never access your personal YouTube account. Viddar never requests access to your private videos, private comments, or YouTube Studio data — the tool only looks at what anyone can already see on YouTube.
Payments
PRO plans are billed by market: customers in Vietnam pay in VND through Vietnamese payment providers (bank transfer or QR code), and international customers pay in USD via PayPal as an auto-renewing subscription — the recurring billing agreement lives in your PayPal account, managed by PayPal. Either way, we don't store your card number or bank details; that's handled by our payment partners (your bank or PayPal).
Cookies & analytics
Viddar's marketing pages use Google Analytics and Meta Pixel to understand where visitors come from.
Inside the app itself, we only use strictly-necessary cookies to keep you signed in — we don't use advertising cookies to track you across other sites.
Viddar VEO Automation browser extension
If you use our Viddar VEO Automation Chrome extension (it runs on Google Flow), the only account data involved is: your email address (or Google sign-in identity) to sign you in, your Vcredit balance and transaction history, your proxy subscription status, and the extension version — used for update checks.
The extension does NOT read, store, or transmit your prompts, the videos or images you generate, or your browsing history — and it contains no analytics or telemetry of any kind.
To delete extension-related data, email admin@viddar.io — handled exactly like the account-deletion requests described under “Your rights.”
The browser permissions the extension uses:
- Google Flow session cookies — used locally in your browser only, to call Flow's rendering API on your behalf; they are never transmitted to Viddar servers
- Proxy — only applies a proxy you purchased, and only to Google Flow traffic
- Downloads — saves your generated media to your own machine
How we use your data
Account data runs the service: signing you in, enforcing the limits of your current plan, and sending account-related notifications (like billing receipts or plan changes).
We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
Your rights
You can request deletion of your account and all stored personal data at any time by emailing admin@viddar.io. We process deletion requests within a reasonable timeframe.
Governing law & changes
This policy is governed by the laws of Vietnam. If we change it, the “last updated” date at the top of this page will reflect that.
